The hammer drill has a rotation stop mode for light chiselling in plaster, tiles and render and an impact stop mode for rotary only drilling in wood and metal. It uses 18 Volt Lithium Ion batteries to deliver high performance, long life and maximum runtime. The DCH253 features best in class vibration (6.6m/s²) to reduce user fatigue and maximise operating periods.
A bright white LED with delay feature improves visibility. The tool is supplied with a 4ah XR 18v Li-Ion Battery Pack, an XR Multi Voltage Li-Ion Battery Charger, and a moulded DCH253M1 case. Ideal for drilling anchors and fixing holes into concrete, brick and masonry from 4mm to 24mm.
